Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HolyHome application, website, and related services at holyhome.io (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Zobel Solutions LLC("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. One account per person — family plans allow two parent accounts linked to a single family.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will permanently remove all your data, including family information, children's data, and conversation history, within 30 days.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

HolyHome offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal — you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• We offer a 3-day grace period on failed payments before downgrading your account
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice via email

4. Content

HolyHome provides Catholic faith formation content including prayers, saint stories, conversation guides, and educational materials. This content is:

• Grounded in the Catechism of the Catholic Church and reviewed for doctrinal accuracy
• Provided for personal family use — not as a substitute for parish religious education programs, pastoral guidance, or professional advice
• Not an official product of the Catholic Church — we are an independent company operated by faithful Catholics

5. AI-Powered Features

The "Ask HolyHome" feature uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to provide Catholic parenting guidance. By using this feature, you understand and agree that:

• AI responses are generated by a language model, not by a priest, theologian, or counselor
• Responses are designed to align with Catholic teaching but may occasionally contain errors — all responses include a disclaimer
• You should not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, or psychological advice — seek professional help when appropriate
• Your conversations are stored in your account and can be deleted at any time
• Usage is rate-limited to 20 questions per month for premium subscribers

6. Intellectual Property

All content on HolyHome — including text, illustrations, prayers, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Zobel Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may share individual Daily Faith Cards and prayers with family and friends for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from HolyHome content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure all content is doctrinally accurate and age-appropriate. However, we do not warrant that all content is error-free. If you believe any content contains a doctrinal error, please contact us and we will review it promptly. Product features and pricing are subject to change.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zobel Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Monroe County, New York.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
